Sculpin

This is Kate, in her Sculpin costume, as seen in Mrs. Cellar's Afternoon Readers' production of "The Three Little Sculpins".

What is a sculpin, you ask, and is it really camo-colored? (Well, I did, anyway, when she picked out this fabric at the store). Here is a sculpin. They live in tide pools in Northern California, the subject of the end-of-year research project.
